Assembled in Melbourne in 1958 the Vauxhall Cresta copied American fashion for fins, wrap around windows & white wall tyres. This model Cresta also had distinctive ovoid tail lights, three section rear windows & fluted front guards. It could be ordered painted in either single or two tone colours. The reliable 6 cylinder engine offered adequate performance.
